Vivian O’Connor is an exceptional realtor for a variety of reasons. Foremost, she listens to what you are telling her and customizes your search accordingly. Unlike many realtors, she does not waste your time on properties that do not fit the search parameters. Vivian is very easy to work with on a personal level. She willingly adapts to your schedule and plans multiple showings into a logical itinerary. Vivian always meets you in a timely manner with a list of planned showings neatly organized and printouts of the properties being shown in order in a folder. This is very useful when the buyer is in the midst of seeing multiple properties in one visit. Finally, Vivian is knowledgeable about the area and gives useful insights into what her client might find important. We recommend Ms. O’Conner to you as she is a very competent, organized and genuinely kind individual.
